The data clearly indicates that workplace equity and diversity are crucial for enhancing decision-making and achieving better organisation outcomes. However, despite decades of determined effort, increasing women's participation in leadership remains an ongoing challenge.

It's time for women to step up and stand out as leaders

Determined to shift the dial, we have developed Next Level Women (NLW) in partnership with Alec Gardner from AlphaZetta and Dr Anne Lytle to hardwire women's inclusion in leadership.

This interactive, evidence-based program cultivates empathetic, confident, and influential executives who can tackle complex challenges and deliver better organisational outcomes. NLW provides participants with the skills to:

• Influence critical stakeholders

• Initiate difficult conversations

• Negotiate deals that deliver

• Strengthen leadership confidence

• Build psychological safety

• Sustain energy and wellness

We are currently working with 40 fantastic women from Salesforce Australia, New Zealand, equipping them with robust, science-backed tools and techniques to make the most of their seats at the leadership table.

The Astute Leader

Do you negotiate deals at work?

We had a brilliant day guiding our wonderful women from Salesforce through the Astute Leader module. Negotiation mechanisms are significantly more complex than many leaders appreciate.

Expertly led by Dr Anne Lytle, we examined the artful science of negotiation, notably creating and claiming value. Through powerful interactive simulations, we exposed assumptions that corrode the quality of deals.
